In this action on a promissory note and mortgage, the defendant/borrower appeals *912a summary judgment dismissing her re-conventional demand, which asserted a negligence claim against the law firm that performed the loan closing. On June 6, 2008, this court handed down an unpublished opinion in this appeal, reversing in part the decision of the trial court. The matter is now before this court on application for rehearing.
