This is a second appeal from a legal-malpractice case. In McDonald v. Pettus, 337 Ark. 265, 988 S.W.2d 9 (1999), this court affirmed the trial court’s grant of summary judgment with regard to the tort claim, but reversed and remanded the dismissal of the claim of breach of contract, brought by the personal representatives on behalf of the estate of James E.
