This appeal is from a judgjment in favor of appellee for five hundred dollars in a suit on a policy of insurance on an automobile against fire and theft. The amount of insurance was five hundred dollars and was for one year from June 3rd, 3922, to June 3rd, 1923. The date of the policy is Junel '8th, 1922.
