Gridiron Steel Company, 1 an Ohio corporation, sued Jones & Laughlin Steel Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation, in the District Court to recover unpaid royalties due under the provisions of a patent license agreement covering metal ironing tables, and also for damages for breach of the provisions of the agreement which granted an option to the licensor, upon termination of the agreement, to purchase special tools and dies in current use by the licensee in the manufacture of the ironing tables.
