Plaintiff seeks an injunction to restrain the defendant from violating the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq.
The defendant is engaged in buying, storing, selling, and dealing in onion sets and its office and plant is located adjacent t'o a sidetrack of the Chicago and North Shore Railroad at Berryville in a rural section of Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
