This is an appeal from a final judgment of the District Court of the United States for the District of Maryland entered for the defendant- in an action brought by appellant, as plaintiff, to recover from ap-pellee, defendant, unpaid overtime compensation alleged to be due under Section 7 (a) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 52 Stat. 1060-1069 (1938), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ .201-219 (hereinafter referred to as the Act), and an additional amount as liquidated damages, together with reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of the action, as provided in Section 16(b) of the Act.…
