BARTELS, District Judge.

Plaintiff Paul Feuerverger (“Feuerver-ger”) brought this suit to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained while he was feeding vegetables into a commercial food mixer manufactured by the defendant Hobart Corporation (“Hobart”). At the time of the accident Feuer-verger was employed by River Manor Health Related Facilities (“River Manor”), the Third-Party Defendant in this action.
