Defendant in error, plaintiff below, commenced this action in the superior court of Muskogee county, against plaintiff in error, defendant below, to re cover upon a certain policy of life insurance, issued upon the life of Isom E. Watkins, deceased, husband of plaintiff.
The only issue presented is the effect to be given to certain questions and answers in the application for said insurance.
