(after stating the facts as above). There are five assignments of error, all of which raise the questions of law involved in the three propositions raised by the plaintiff’s allegations as set out in the statement of'facts.
The findings of the trial court were general and in favor of the plaintiff. A general finding by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff is equivalent to a finding of each special fact necessary to sustain the judgment rendered, and under the rule followed by this court it will not examine the evidence for the purpose of substituting its judgment for that of the trial…
