The question involved upon this appeal is whether an order of the Public Service Commission — réfusing reparation to Centre County Lime Company, the appellant, for damages it claims to have sustained in consequence of the collection from it by Beliefonte Central Railroad, Pennsylvania Railroad and other carriers, of alleged unreasonable rates for the transportation of certain commodities to and from its plant — was reasonable and in conformity with law.
