MARIS, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mid-City Motor Sales, Inc., was adjudicated a bankrupt and the appellant herein elected trustee. The bankrupt was a dealer in automobiles and as part of its business took in used cars as “trade-ins.” It borrowed from the appellee herein, Northwestern National Bank in Philadelphia, on the security of the used cars.
