I. INTRODUCTION
On July 7, 2011, the undersigned United States District Judge heard oral argument on Defendants Jani-King of Minnesota, Inc.’s, Jani-King International, Inc.’s (collectively “Jani-King”), and George Selman’s (“Selman”) Motion for Summary Judgment [Docket No. 148].
