This is an adversary proceeding brought pursuant to Rule 701(7) of the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure (“the Rules”) in which the plaintiff, Lowell Holding Corp. (“Lowell”), seeks to have a debt incurred by the defendant, Dr. Bruce Granovetter (“Dr. Granovetter or the Debtor”), declared non- dischargeable pursuant to Section 523(a)(2)(B) of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (“the Code”), 11 U.S.C. § 523(a) (2)(B).
