Beneficial New York, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) has commenced this adversary proceeding pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7001 objecting to the dischargeability of a debt due it from debtor Sandra L. Bossard (“Debtor”). Plaintiff relies upon § 523(a)(2)(B) and § 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-151326 (“Code”). Debtor has generally denied the allegations.
