MIKVA, Chief Judge:
The EPA seems unwilling to support its decisions with the necessary scientific findings. In yet another case involving the EPA and its National Priorities List (NPL), we have before us a petition for review challenging the Agency’s decision to list the Salford Quarry, a waste site located in Pennsylvania.
