Tex Tin Corporation (Tex Tin or petitioner) petitions for review of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) listing of Tex Tin on the National Priorities List (NPL), pursuant to § 105 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and pertinent regulations. See 42 U.S.C. § 9605(a)(8)(B); 40 C.F.R. Pt. 300, App. A.
