Paul Rogers and his wife, in an automobile owned and driven by the husband, collided with or were hit by an automobile driven by Miss Esma Sue Crawford. The incident occurred at the intersection of Caddo and Sixth streets in Arkadelphia. Both cars were damaged. Mrs. Rogers sustained personal injuries and joined her husband in an action against Miss Crawford who cross-complained, asserting that the collision and consequent damages and injuries were due to the carelessness of Paul Rogers, whose negligence should be imputed to Mrs. Rogers because the two were engaged…
