This personal injury action, which was submitted to the jury on interrogatories pursuant to Rule 49(a), Fed.Rules Civ. Proc., 28 U.S.C.A., is now before the Court upon certain post-trial motions filed by the respective parties after the jury returned its answers to the interrogatories propounded to it.
