In this products liability action a verdict was returned for the named defendant manufacturer and judgment was rendered thereon. On appeal, the plaintiffs, co-administrators of the decedent’s estate, claim that the judgment should be overturned because the trial court erred (1) in admitting hearsay statements contained in a deposition offered at trial, (2) in excluding evidence of a subsequent design modification in the product, (3) in denying the plaintiffs’ motion in limine relating to evidence of the remarriage of the decedent’s wife, and (4) in charging the jury on the issue of…
