Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Cortland County (Campbell, J.), rendered March 21, 2013, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of rape in the first degree (six counts), rape in the second degree (three counts), rape in the third degree, criminal sexual act in the first degree, criminal sexual act in the second degree, attempted criminal sexual act in the first degree and sexual abuse in the first degree.
