Civil action instituted in the municipal court of the city of High Point to recover for loss of service of, and consortium with wife of plaintiff allegedly resulting from actionable negligence of defendant.

Plaintiff alleges in his complaint, and on the trial in municipal court of the city of High Point offered evidence tending to show, that his wife suffered serious and permanent personal injuries, received on 13 February, 1942, as proximate result of the negligence of agent of defendant in the operation of a taxicab in which she was riding as a passenger, and that in consequence thereof he…
