JOYNER, District Judge.
Presently before the Court are the cross-motions for summary judgment of the parties pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff, Fort Washington Resources, Inc., commenced this action in May, 1993 against Dr. Tannen seeking recovery of damages for breach of contract, negligent performance of professional services, intentional interference with prospective business advantage and conversion.
