Following a bench trial, defendant Kathleen Bentley was convicted of criminal damage to property and driving under the influence of alcohol. The court sentenced defendant to one year’s court supervision with a condition of eight hours of community service and a $90 fine. In a separate hearing, the court denied defendant’s petition to rescind a statutory summary suspension of her driving privileges for refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test.
