Following a jury trial, defendant, Todd Bodoh, was convicted of reckless homicide and driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The trial court merged the two convictions for sentencing purposes, and defendant was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment and one year of mandatory supervised release.
