This civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and Bivens v. Six Unknown Fed. Nares. Agents, 403 U.S. 388, 91 S.Ct. 1999, 29 L.Ed.2d 619 (1970), is before the Court on motions to dismiss or alternatively for summary judgment filed by defendants Cheatham, Waggoner, Kirksey, and Taylor and on motions for default judgment and summary judgment filed by plaintiff.
