SULLIVAN, Judge:

On February 26 and 27, 1987, appellant was tried by general court-martial composed of officer members at Fort Huachuea, Arizona. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of assault with intent to commit rape, assault with intent to commit sodomy, committing indecent acts, wrongful solicitation to commit sodomy, and forcible sodomy, all on the same female under the age of 16, as well as false swearing, in violation of Articles 134 and 125, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 934 and 925, respectively.
