Petitioners Larry Small, John Nelson, Kenneth Charles, Glen Cardogan, Theonhilius Thomas, Michael Gittens, and Maurice Briscoe seek extraordinary relief from the trial court’s order declaring invalid a wage order promulgated by the California Industrial Welfare Commission (IWC).
