This is an action brought pursuant to the Uniform Foreign Money-Judgment Recognition Act to enforce a Judgment entered by the Superior Court of Justice of the Federal District of Mexico.

Presently before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (“Bell”), and the Motion to Strike Affidavits filed by Plaintiff Transportes Aereos Pegaso, S.A. DE C.V. (“Pegaso”).
