Appellant Raven A. Tracy was convicted of conspiracy to commit a first-degree controlled-substance crime in violation of Minn.Stat. §§ 152.021, subd. 1(1) (sale of controlled substance), 152.096, subd. 1 (2000) (prohibiting conspiracies); and conspiracy to commit a controlled-substance crime in violation of Minn.Stat. §§ 152.0261, subd. 1 (importing controlled substance across state borders), 152.096, subd. 1 (2000) (prohibiting conspiracies).
