Appellant Kevin James Moore appeals his jury conviction of first and second degree murder, Minn.Stat. §§ 609.185, 609.19 (1986). He was sentenced to life imprisonment at the Minnesota Correctional Facility at Oak Park Heights on the first degree murder conviction.
