Plaintiffs-Appellants S.H.A.R.K. (Showing Animals Respect and Kindness) and Stephen Hindi (“Hindi”) (collectively “the plaintiffs”) appeal the district court’s order granting summary judgment to the Defendants-Appellees Metro Parks Serving Summit County (“Metro Parks”); Dave Rankin (“Rankin”); Justin Simon (“Simon”); White Buffalo, Inc.
