Plaintiff-Appellant Pino DiStefano appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Sterling Johnson, Jr., Judge) entered on February 8, 2000 upon a February 4, 2000 memorandum and order granting Defendant-Appellee Carozzi North America, Inc.’s (“Carozzi”) motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2).
