Plaintiff-appellant Antonio Mareno, Jr. appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Broderick, Judge) dismissing his complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) and imposing a $4,800 sanction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11.
