Statement of the Case.
NICHOLLS, J.
The plaintiff, Mrs. Hattie D. Griffith, represented that she was the owner and entitled to the possession of an undivided two-thirds interest in certain property which she described in her petition.
That her father, John B. Durham, was in 1868 the owner of one-half of the block as described. That in said year he donated said half block to Mrs. Eliza Durham. That her father married after making said donation, and that he had three children.
