Statement of the Case.

NICHOLLS, C. J.

The plaintiff alleged that he was the owner of certain lots of ground and certain movable property, which he described; that he was married to the defendant in 1868, and that all of the said property was acquired during the existence of the community between her and himself. That notwithstanding the love and affection which he bestowed upon her, and notwithstanding that he provided for the household in a manner consistent with his means, giving and providing a good education to their children, his wife did enter into a conspiracy to fraudulently dispossess…
