This litigation involves the title to -58 acres of land described as follows: Northeast quarter of the northeast quarter and east one-half of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, section 11, township 20 south, range 28 west except two acres out of the first described tract, in Miller county, Arkansas, which has lately become valuable by reason of the discovery of oil.
