This is an adverse possession case concerning one acre of land situated in the Southwest corner of the SE^ NE14 of Section 22, Township 9 North, Range 22 West, Johnson County, Arkansas.
Appellee, J. J. Baumann, was in possession of the land and on attempting to move a fence Appellant, C. W. Rye, prevented him from doing so. Appellee brought this suit to quiet title in him to the one acre.
