WOLFE, Chief Justice.

Certiorari to review a decision of the Board of Review of the Industrial Commission, awarding unemployment compensation to defendant claimants. Plaintiffs are members of the Associated General Contractors of America, Intermountain Branch, commonly termed the “A. G. C.” This association is composed of approximately 75 general contractors who are engaged in general building, highway and heavy construction business in the State of Utah.
