OPINION
KEM THOMPSON FROST, Justice.
On its own motion the trial court signed an order in which the court stated that it appeared this case presents no justiciable controversy within the court’s subject-matter jurisdiction and that, to the extent there is such a controversy, the court declined to exercise jurisdiction over these claims because they deal with the internal affairs of a non-profit organization.
