This appeal arises from an ancillary case relating to a core probate matter involving a will contest. Three plaintiffs— a relative of the testatrix, a beneficiary under the first two wills in dispute, and the attorney who drafted these two wills— filed suit asserting tort claims against two defendants — the testatrix’s husband and the attorney who drafted a third will.
