[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO STRIKE The plaintiff, Seymour Ostrager, brought this action against the defendants, Walter and Cynthia Hasiuk, seeking to foreclose upon a mortgage on property located in Hebron. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants are in default upon a $24,000 note secured by the mortgage since July 15, 1986 and that the debt is $23,308.28 plus accrued interest and late fees of approximately $11,000.
