The named defendant 1 has appealed from a judgment of strict foreclosure of a mortgage upon an apartment building which he owned and also from two contempt orders ancillary to the foreclosure proceeding. A plethora of issues has been raised which may conveniently be classified into those relating to the rendition of the foreclosure judgment and those relating to the findings of contempt.
