The appellants were jointly tried and convicted on an information charging that in Okla homa county, on the 15th day of April, 1925, they did have in their possession intoxicating liquor, “to wit, 20 gallons of beer, a substance - containing more than one-half of one per cent, of alcohol, measured by volume, and capable of being used as a beverage,” with the unlawful intent to sell the same.
