This cause is before the Court upon petition of Cincinnati Gasket, Packing & Mfg., Inc., to review and set aside an order issued on March 31, 1967, against it by National Labor Relations Board, the respondent herein. Section 160(f), Title 29, U.S.C. The Board cross-petitions for enforcement of its order. Jurisdiction of the Board and this Court is not in dispute.
