Philadelphia Entertainment and Development Partners, L.P., d/b/a Foxwoods Casino Philadelphia (PEDP) petitions this Court for review of the December 23, 2010 final order of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (Board) granting summary judgment in favor of the Board’s Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement (BIE) and revoking PEDP’s Category 2 Slot Machine License (License).
