Northside Urban Pathways Charter School (Northside) petitions for review of *82an order of the State Charter School Appeal Board (CAB), which dismissed Northside’s appeal from the Pittsburgh Public School District’s (School District) denial of Northside’s request to amend its charter to add new grades. Because the CAB erred in holding that it lacked jurisdiction to review Northside’s appeal, we reverse and remand to the CAB for further proceedings.
