The defendant was charged by information with the crime of unlawfully having in his possession intoxicating liquor with the intention to sell the same. The trial resulted in a verdict of guilty and he appeals.

From the evidence, the jury had a right to find the facts in substance as follows: At 2926% Rucker avenue in the city of Everett there is a two story building.
