— The defendant, Amanda Truelove, was charged by information filed in the superior court for Pierce county with the crime of grand larceny, in that she stole from the person of one Woodard $200 in money of the United States. Her trial in that court, sitting with a jury, resulted in a verdict of guilty against her and a judgment rendered thereon sentencing her to the penitentiary, from which she has appealed to this court.
