Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered as a consequence of the sustaining of a demurrer to his complaint.
The action was for damages due, as alleged, on account of injuries sustained by plaintiff in an accident which resulted from the fall into Cordonices Creek of an automobile in which he was a passenger.
