Goodyear Atomic Corporation, Martin Marietta Energy Systems, Inc., and Divested Atomic Corporation, defendants below and appellants and cross-appel-lees here (collectively referred to as “Goodyear” or “appellants”), and Michael Tulloh, plaintiff below and appellee and cross-appellant here (“appellee”), appeal from a judgment entered by the Pike County Court of Common Pleas.
